Phil is a graduate of the University of Wollongong with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Human Resources and Marketing. Whilst studying Phil commenced his career as the HR Manager at Jamberoo Action Park. After graduating Phil moved to Sydney to start his corporate HR career with the AP Moller Maersk Group. In this period Phil met his now wife Lucy and commenced studying a Masters of Labour Law and Relations at the University of Sydney. Phil then moved to Optus where he held a variety of HR roles and completed his Masters. In 2013 Phil joined Challenger to extend his experience into the Financial Services industry and continued to develop his strong reputation as a HR Leader and HR Partner. 

After 6 years at Challenger, most recently as the Head of Human Resources for Challenger Life, Corporate, and Distribution, Product and Marketing. Phil decided to take the leap and set up Partale in 2020 to follow his passion of scaling businesses through fit for purpose HR consulting practices. 

When not taking care of his clients, Phil enjoys spending time with his wife Lucy, daughters Polly and Grace, and dog Maisy. He is an avid traveller, enjoys eating out and exploring Sydney. Phil has a lifelong passion for sport, be it participating or spectating, whilst he enjoys all codes Basketball was Phil's childhood sport. 

With a background spanning both HR and recruitment, Georgia has built her career around helping businesses grow through great people. Georgia’s foundation and true passion has always been HR and her work at Partale provides a meaningful opportunity for her to collaborate with businesses in her Client Lead - Head of HR position. As a Director of Partale Talent, she partners with organisations across a variety of industries to deliver thoughtful, people-focused recruitment solutions with long-term fit in mind. She has a love for writing, training, innovating and public speaking.

Known for her warm and genuine approach, Georgia loves building authentic relationships with both clients and candidates, valuing trust, good conversation and a few laughs along the way. She cares deeply about the work she does, takes pride in going the extra mile, and finds real fulfillment in helping people and businesses navigate important growth moments. Outside of work, Georgia is a proud new mum to her gorgeous baby girl, Junie..

Claire is an experienced, creative HR professional who has gained significant experience working in generalist HR roles across Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom, particularly within Professional Services, Banking, Insurance and IT industries. Claire is known for her curiosity and drive, she is constantly seeking new and innovative ways to deliver HR services and deepen partner relationships by understanding each of her client's unique needs. Whether guiding organisations through complex change or designing people strategies from the ground up, Claire brings the expertise and energy whilst making sure her team and clients have fun along the way. With a keen interest in leadership development Claire is also an accredited LSI practitioner and holds a PROSCI change management certification. Outside of work Claire loves exercising by the beach, great food and wine and balances this between teenage drama and driving lessons!

With a strong background in human resources, employment relations and people strategy, Bree has built her career around helping businesses navigate the moments that matter - from growth, change and restructures through to complex employee matters, workforce planning and practical day-to-day HR support.

In her role as Client Lead – Head of Human Resources at Partale, Bree partners closely with businesses across a range of industries to provide thoughtful, commercial and people-focused advice. She is known for cutting through complexity, bringing calm to tricky situations, and helping leaders find practical solutions that balance business needs with genuine care for their people.

Bree loves building trusted relationships with clients and becoming a true extension of their team. She brings warmth, humour and straight-talking advice to her work, and takes pride in making HR feel less overwhelming and more human. Outside of work, Bree is kept busy with family life, her two dogs, and planning the next sunny getaway.

Originally from Ireland, Tara built her HR career in a respected executive search firm before moving into consulting, where she now partners with a wide variety of businesses and industries to solve people challenges in a practical, thoughtful way. She enjoys building strong, lasting relationships and brings a calm, easy-going style that helps clients feel supported while working through complex issues.

Tara values trust, collaboration and long-term partnerships, and takes great satisfaction in helping clients navigate change, improve people practices and build strong foundations for growth. She brings professionalism, energy and humour to everything she does. Based on the Central Coast, Tara loves the beach, spending time with her dog Buster and fitting in yoga whenever she can.to the next level.

 Sebastian brings a practical and people-focused approach to HR, partnering with leaders to build healthier organisations, stronger teams and better business outcomes. In his role as Senior Manager – HR Business Partnering, he works closely with businesses to navigate growth, strengthen leadership capability and create people strategies that are commercially grounded and impactful for people.

Passionate about leadership development, organisational health and coaching, Sebastian enjoys helping leaders grow in confidence and effectiveness while building cultures where people and businesses can thrive together. He is known for his approachable style, strategic thinking and ability to translate complex people challenges into practical solutions that make a real impact. He also has a strong interest in how AI and emerging technology can help businesses and teams work smarter and more effectively.

Sebastian values authentic relationships and believes great HR is about more than policies and processes, it’s about helping people do their best work and creating environments where individuals, teams and business can grow. He brings curiosity and a collaborative mindset to every partnership.

Outside of work, Sebastian is a husband and proud dad to Zion and Axella, often spending time with his family and their Cavoodle. He enjoys fitness, playing guitar and has a genuine love for learning, often diving into books, podcasts and new ideas around leadership, growth and life.

 Allyson started her HR career with Partale, joining as a HR Associate after graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Human Resource Management from the University of Wollongong. Allyson has grown continuously since — a journey that reflects both her dedication and the breadth of expertise she's built along the way. She thoroughly enjoys the challenge of partnering with businesses across a variety of sizes, industries and growth phases to deliver tailored HR solutions that make a real and lasting impact.

Allyson's expertise extends beyond HR partnering, encompassing Work Health & Safety and Payroll to provide clients with truly holistic support. With experience across WHS investigations, risk assessments, and industry and state-specific requirements, she brings both breadth and depth — along with a strong grounding in HR data and analytics to drive informed, people-focused decisions.

Welcoming, bubbly, and trustworthy, Allyson has a natural ability to put people at ease and build relationships that last, with both clients and their employees. When it comes to her work, she is all about finding solutions that work for real people in real situations, and takes genuine joy in resolving complex challenges for clients.

With extensive HR management experience and an MBA, Rene has built a career around helping great people deliver great outcomes for their businesses. His experience spans across industries including financial services, telecommunications, and transport and logistics. Rene’s foundation has always been built on a genuine love for building relationships with the people he connects with and his role as Manager - HR Business Partnering at Partale gives him the opportunity to do exactly that, partnering with clients to deliver meaningful, people-focused HR solutions.

Known for his warm and authentic approach, Rene brings genuine care and energy to everything he does. Outside of work, Rene is a passionate soccer fan if he’s not playing, he’s watching or talking about it. Born and raised in Wollongong and will happily argue that no coastal holiday destination in the world quite beats the beaches right on his doorstep.

Kayla is a HR Associate at Partale with a background spanning psychology and recruitment across a range of industries. Her academic grounding in human behaviour, combined with practical experience connecting people and organisations, gives her a well-rounded perspective on what businesses need — and what their people need in return. Now focused on HR, Kayla is passionate about the nuance the field demands. She approaches every client relationship with fresh eyes, taking time to understand the specific challenges, culture, and goals at play before shaping her support.
